Inclusion Specialists at BBS
Inclusive practices creates a sense of belonging within a classroom community and prepares learners to play an effective role in society. Inclusion Specialists provide an integral service to teaching staff to ensure for the provision of inclusive practices across the learning environment. They seek to encourage and support teachers in the practice of accepting all students into a common learning environment, where the variability of all learners is accommodated. The inclusive climate developed by the teacher, with the support of Inclusion Specialists, is the foundation for the tracking of educational gain in each individual child.
